Das KKZS ist ein souveräner, neutraler Verein und verfolgt weder einen politischen noch wirtschaftlichen Zweck. Es pflegt und baut den Kontakt zwischen den Landsleuten und anderen Nationen aus. Es arbeitet mit anderen Vereinen oder Organisationen zusammen, die ähnliche oder gleiche Ziele haben.
